Orbix displays advertisements and uses third-party advertising networks (such as Unity Ads, IronSource/LevelPlay, and Google AdMob). These third-party providers may collect and process limited data (such as device identifiers, advertising ID, usage data, diagnostics, or coarse location) to serve ads and measure ad performance. Orbix offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads and grant equivalent in-game rewards. Purchases are processed securely by Google Play Billing. We do not store any payment information and do not have access to your payment details.4. Data security & transfers
- Transmission security: Data sent to third-party services (for ads or analytics) is transmitted using secure, industry standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
- Local storage: Orbix stores game progress and settings locally on the device (e.g., PlayerPrefs or local files). We do not store personal user data on our servers. Local storage is not encrypted by default; avoid storing sensitive personal information in the app.
- Third-party services: Advertising and analytics providers manage their own security and privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their policies for more details.5. Data deletion (how users can delete their data)
You can delete all locally stored game data directly in the app by following these steps:
1. Open Orbix.
2. Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon in the top-right corner.
3. Press the Reset button on the right side.
4. A warning message will appear: “Warning: this action will permanently delete all your progress.”
5. To confirm the deletion, press the buttons in the following order: 2 → 3 → 1.This action permanently removes all locally stored game progress and settings from your device.6. Children
Orbix does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If local laws require parental consent for children under a certain age, parents may contact us with any concerns.7. User rights (EU/UK/CA/US)
If you are located in the EU, UK, California, or other jurisdictions with data rights (e.g., GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or request deletion of certain data. Because Orbix itself does not collect personal user data, most requests relate to local saved data (see Data deletion above) or to data held by third-party providers.
